This supplement presents papers and summaries from the symposium “Brain Awareness Week in Sinj,” held from 13 to 15 March 2026 as part of the national Brain Awareness Week in Croatia. The meeting brought together experts in basic neuroscience, neurology, neuropediatrics, neurorehabilitation and related disciplines to discuss recent insights into brain development, neurological disorders, and the impact of the digital environment and artificial intelligence on brain development, behavior and learning. The symposium provided a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience among professionals involved in the research and clinical study of the brain.
