Perforacija subakutno upaljenog apendiksa s formiranjem intrahepatalnog apscesa - prikaz slučaja

Intrahepatična perforacija inflamiranog crvuljka je zbog svoje kliničke prezentacije i anatomske varijacije položaja rijetka pojava te predstavlja jedinstveni klinički izazov. Upala crvuljka obično dovodi do stvaranja lokalizirane infekcije ili apscesa u donjem desnom abdominalnom kvadrantu. Ovim slučajem prikazujemo navedenu anatomsku varijaciju položaja te intrahepatičnu perforaciju s formiranim jetrenim apscesom u dvogodišnjeg djeteta s atipičnom kliničkom slikom u početnoj fazi liječenja. Prikazom se osvrćemo na patofiziologiju, dijagnostički postupak, liječenje te posljedice intrahepatične perforacije crvuljka.
