This supplement of Paediatria Croatica presents papers and summaries from the 42nd Croatian Spring Pediatric School, held in Split from 20 to 24 April 2026. The Croatian Spring Pediatric School is an international postgraduate educational course dedicated to contemporary topics in pediatrics and intended for physicians, nurses, and other health professionals involved in child health care. The program covers current topics in pediatric endocrinology and diabetes, school medicine, and neonatology, providing an overview of recent advances in pediatric clinical practice.
