This issue brings original scientific papers addressing the use of advanced hybrid closed-loop systems in children with type 1 diabetes, the etiology and outcomes of end-stage chronic kidney disease in children, and the organization of in utero transport. The issue also features review articles on gynecomastia in adolescents and the risks of foreign body ingestion in childhood, along with several case reports illustrating diagnostic challenges in neonatology and rare pediatric conditions. In addition, the issue includes a short communication on a transdisciplinary approach to children’s health at the primary care level and a book review in the field of pediatric pulmonology.
